Poly Open Top
Poly Open Top Containers are made of a heavy duty plastic polymer that helps to control odors and is resistant to corrosion. The poly tank is also much lighter than a conventional steel container. Great for hauling hazardous materials that are to acidic too be hauled in a steel container.
Overview
The Poly Box™ is a trademarked and patented plastic, liquid tight roll-off container. The Poly Box is especially useful and suitable for handling materials that are sticky, materials that cake together (like used filter cake in water treatment), frozen materials, abrasive materials, or for handling fluids that would be corrosive to steel or aluminum. The Poly Box is built with a 100% plastic extruded welded high molecular weight Polyethylene with an added release agent in the chemical composition. The Poly has 3/8” thick sidewalls supported by an external steel structure. The Poly is food grade acceptable and it has been used successfully in environments to minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit. The Poly is not recommended for materials above 120 degrees F. The Poly can easily be welded and repaired in case of harsh treatment. - Standard body specifications: 3/8" HDPE poly- all interior walls, 3" X 4" X 7 gauge top rails, 5" X 3" X 12 gauge side posts (24" on center), 3" X 7" X 7 gauge rear posts at hinge, up-lift latch release system, door seals with soft rubber "E" seal gaskets, tarp tie-downs, sealed tailgates are standard on poly box containers
